We recommend you give yourself some time before the appointment to get in touch with your emotional state and, if possible, develop your goals for the session. We encourage client to go easy on themselves during the healing process – productive changes takes time.

We understand there may be days when you feel uncertain or ambivalent. It’s perfectly understandable and natural during the process.
